JustFab and Abbey Dawn – a Match Made in Heaven!

It was recently announced that the JustFab Abbey Dawn clothing line from Avril Lavigne is going to be available next month from JustFabulous. It is going to feature some very cool designs (both shoes and handbags) and people seem to be very excited about the announcement.

JustFab has a big promotion going on their Facebook page right now where anyone can sign up to win a trip to Hollywood to the JustFab Abbey Dawn launch party. Avril Lavigne will be there to do some singing and it looks like it will be a blast.

We’re very excited about this announcement and can’t wait to see what kind of cool styles these two are able to come up with. Kimora Lee Simmons and Avril Lavigne are sure to come up with some very creative shoes and handbags so we are awaiting this date with much excitement. Be Prepared to Work with Children

When your main responsibility is to teach youngsters about the wonders of science and biology while trying to keep them hurting themselves or the expensive displays, you can work up a huge sweat. Working at the South Florida Science Center is a fantastic opportunity to engage students when they are still impressionable and full of curiosity about the mystery that is the natural world. The challenging part is getting and keeping their attention, which is especially trying. The incredible things about children are their ability to get into all kinds of unintentional trouble. Like coloring on walls, playing with dinosaur bones, and all kinds of unimaginable mess. I’ve resorted to taking the offending object out of their hands and stuffing them into my cargo shorts pockets. It takes too long to reprimand all of them and it usually falls on deaf ears. I tried regular shorts once, but I find it invaluable to have the extra pocket space to hold all the contraband until the end of the day in which I then hand it over to the parents. Don’t make the shirt and tie, “business” look that I tried for all of 2 days before realizing my efforts would be in vain. Save yourself the time and dry cleaning bills.

A Timeline of the Popularity of the T Shirt

The short sleeves, collarless garment known as the t shirt, created in the 19th century, got its name from the shape that the garment takes when flat. As a piece of the standard uniform issued by the United States Navy in the Spanish-American War, the t-shirt has a reputation as an extremely comfortable garment, especially when worn by those in hotter climates. Other benefits of this new garment, which helped to cement its status as one of the most popular of all common clothing types were that these shirts were cheap to manufacture and purchase, were easily fitted and cleaned and could be worn in a variety of settings. By the time of the Great Depression of the 1920s-30s, the t shirt had taken its place as the go-to garment for young boys and all those who worked on farms and ranches, and all those whose jobs made them sweat. As time passed, t shirts had increased in popularity, with Marlon Brando’s donning of one in the 1951 film “A Streetcar Named Desire” finally giving tshirts status as an acceptable standalone shirt for people of all ages, regardless of employment.

In My Opinion Voting is a Waste if Time

I would vote this year but I am just too lazy and your vote does not really count for anything anyway. Say that I voted for fred perry, that’s one vote, fred would need at least twice that many in order to win anything good anyway. So whats the point?

From know on not only am I not going to vote but I am not going to pretend to vote either. For years I would make up elaborate stories about how I cast my vote and take hours to craft an exact copy of the I voted sticker in order to deceive those who would judge me. But no longer! From this day forth I will reject Democracy and my right to vote! Instead of voting I will use my new found time to pick up a hobby or donate my time to a political organization which in my opinion is a persons civic duty.
